How many days for samples delivery? Samples is free cost?
The samples of existing specification products which has stock is 3-5 days, and the sample is free cost; The customized samples need 7-10 days, the customized samples cost is negotiable.
Do you just offer big diffuser sheet, could you help us to cut to small size and different shape?
We do not only offer offer the big size of PS diffuser sheet, we also have our deep processing workshop to proceed products, cut to different size and shape, UV print on the diffuser sheet, thermoforming the sheet to be different shape like blister light box or ceiling light lamp cover.
Do you use recycle Or new raw material? Could i use the different brand raw material?
We never use recycle materials, we only use 100% raw materials, the raw materials is from famous brand in optical plastic industry such as FCFC, CHIMEI, CNPC, MITSUBISHI and LG. Also you could choose the raw material from this brand.
Have your products passed through the laboratory test? Has getting the qualified certificate or not?
We are an ISO9001 company, we have own Lab for testing,also all our products have been tested by SGS international laboratory and gotten the qualified certificate.
Could you accept LC for payment?
We could accept LC payment, we are very familiar with LC payment process, many big buyer pay us through LC.
Do you just produce PS LGP? How about PMMA LGP?
We have over 13 extrusion line for produce sheet, besides the PS LGP, there is also PMMA LGP.
