PMMA LIGHT GUIDE PLATE (LGP) FOR LED GWEILO HAN FLOOR LAMP

LED GWEILO HAN FLOOR LAMP is famous for getting the 2018 design awards, it is a new type of lamp that transmit the light by itself, the LED light source is carefully inserted into a beautiful and dynamic sculpture. Each light is hand sculpted by an artist when the laser dotted acrylic sheet is in its hot state.

GWEILO HAN FLOOR LAMP is made of transparent acrylic sheet, the acrylic thickness depends on the sculpture size, if the size small, means the lighting area of acrylic sheet is small, so the thickness could be thin, the PMMA sheet thickness could be 3mm-4mm, if the sculpture is big, then the acrylic sheet thickness will be thick, the PMMA sheet thickness will be 6mm or even more.

With the transparent PMMA sheet it can not transfer the light evenly and reach the edge of the sculpture, the lighting must through the laser dotting to transmit the lighting, so before making the sculpture, must process laser mark for the transparent PMMA sheet, the laser dotting most has two kinds, one is the round dotting, the other is grid dotting.
